OOUNTY OF ANOKA

Department of Highways
Paul K. This Addition joins County Road Number 116 in Section 26 of
Ramsey, and has a single access point to Industry Avenue which is unnamed on this
plat. The County would suggest the follow/ng modifications to the proposed plat.

1) Currently there are 33 feet of right-of-way for Industry Avenue
in this area. It is our current policy to obtain 60 feet of right-of-way
for Industry Avenue whenever the oppormnitypresents itself. For that
reason we would request that an additional 27 feet be dedicated to the
County for the entire length of the plat including Outlot A.

2) Since Lot 9 of both blocks, which are unnumbered on this preliminary
plat, have access to the city street, we would request that access be
dedicated to Anoka County from both Lot 9. In addition, access should be
granted to Anoka County for all of Lot A excepting the east 30 feet thereof.

If you have any questions on these items, please feel free to contact me at your
convenience. We appreciate your giving us the opportunity to review this plat.
//'"~incerely, /5...
i,,...,.,i.
~Deputy County Engineer
xc: Commissioner Natalie Haas Steffen

dm_h/CHESTNUT

Affirmative Action / EQual Opportunity Employer
