As such, it should not be <br />subject to park dedication. <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1 is approximately 1.97 acres in size and is a <br />replat of Lot 2, Block 2, North Fork 3rd Addition. It is <br />consistent with the overall concept plan which has previously <br />been approved. The replat is necessitated by the lot <br />reduction from approximately 150' to 100' at the back of the <br />lot.
