In the interest of being good neighbors and staying good neighbors ~ feel if a Conditional <br />Use Permit is §oing to be issued it should be issued with the interest of the neighbors <br />and people who must pass by the property. X'~ would like a clause in the Conditional Use <br />'Permit stating only one car bein§ repaired at a time so as not to create a neighborhood <br />of cars waitin§ to be repaired. Mr. Johnson has given his wor~ that the business will stay <br />small; however, Conditional Use Permits are issued for the life of the property and can be <br /> <br /> revoked only if conditions are not met. Therefore, if Mr. Johnson were to move the Conditions <br /> <br /> ^ <br /> <br /> Use Pe.rmit' would be transferred to the new owner who might have a different idea about the <br /> size of a small business.
