In the interest of being good neighbors and staying good neighbors t.2 fe93~if a Conditional <br />Use Permit is going to be issued it should be issued with the interest of the neighbors <br />and people who must pass by the property. ~a would like a clause in the Conditional Use <br />Permit stating only one car being repaired at a time so as not to create a neighborhood <br />of cars waiting to be repaired. Mr. Johnson has given his wor~ that the business will stay <br />small; however, Conditional Use Permits are issued for the life of the property and can be <br />revoked only if conditions are not met. Therefore, if Mr. Johnson were to move the Conditfo= <br />Use Permit would be transferred to the new owner who migh; have a different idea about the <br />size of a small business.
