PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT: AUTO REPAIR IN AN <br /> RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT <br /> 17600 GIBBON STREET N.W. <br /> P.I.N. 05-32-25-41-0002 <br /> AUGUST 1, 1990 <br /> <br />R-1 RURAL <br /> <br />On , 1990 a conditional use permit was issued to Mr. Craig Johnson to <br />operate an auto repair business on his property at 17600 Gibbon Street N.W., which property is <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot 5, Block 1, Deerwood, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />This permit was issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions <br />of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. The auto repair activities shall be contained within the accessory structure on the subject <br /> property. <br /> <br /> 2. There shall be no exterior storage of parts, equipment, supplies or 'Vehicles awaiting <br /> repairs. <br /> <br /> 3. The structure in which the business activity is occurring shall meet State and local building <br /> codes for a repair shop. <br /> <br /> 4. That the holder of this permit shall also make proper application to the City for a motor <br /> vehicle repair license. <br /> <br /> 5. That this permit shall be contingent upon the permit holder complying with hazardous <br /> waste generation license requirements and retaining said license intact <br /> <br /> That the employ of the business shall be limited to the occupant on the property. <br /> <br /> That no business sign shall be permitted on the property. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />9. <br /> <br /> <br />
