ORDINANCE #03.45 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE IMPLEMENTING AN ELECTRIC FRANCHISE FEE ON CON - NEXUS ENERGY, A MINNESOTA COOP- ERATIVE AND CITY OF ANOKA ELECTRIC, A MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC DISTRIBUTOR, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, FOR PROVIDING ELECTRIC ENERGY SERVICE WITHIN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, MIN- NESOTA The City Council of the City of Ramsey ordains: SECTION 1. OFFICIAL SUMMARY The official summary of Ordinance 1103-45 reads as follows: The City of Ramsey Is imposing an electric franchise fee on Connexus Energy and City of Anoka Electric to the following amounts: Commercial and Industrial Customers - $6.00 per month per electric meter Residentia) Customers - $3.00 per month per electric meter Institutional Customers - $6.00 per month per electric meter Ordinance 1403 -45 shall expire on .
