['_1200 ACRES OF COLTNTRY PRIVACY <br /> <br />August 30, 1990 <br /> <br />Ms. Sylvia Frolik <br />Community Bevelopment Department <br />Ramsey City Hall <br />15153 Nowthen Boulevard <br />Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 <br /> <br />Re: Northfork Trail Addition <br /> Revisions <br /> <br />Dear Ms. Frolik: <br /> <br />Please find enclosed copies of the revised plat of Northfork Trail Addition. <br /> <br /> The revisions in the proposed plat are in accordance with discussions which <br />took place last week between yourself, the City Attorney, the City and'Consulting <br />Engineers and North Fork; and in accordance with recommendations made by the <br />Planning Commission at its August meeting. <br /> <br />The revisions are as follows: <br /> <br /> l. Outlots B, D and E of the prior plat have been relabelled as "Park". This <br />constitutes property which will be conveyed to the City for trail purposes in <br />accordance with previous park dedication agreements between the City and North Fork. <br /> <br /> 2. The remaining outlots of the prior plat have been relabelled as Outlots A <br />through D. These outlots constitute property which will be conveyed to the North <br />Fork Homeowners for permanent open space. It is anticipated that certain recreational <br />structures may be built in the future on Outlot A. " <br /> <br /> 3. Outlots A and B, Northfork Third have been replatted as part of Northfork <br />Trail Addition. This property was originally to be conveyed to the City for part of <br />the trail system. The westemly 60 feet of these outlots have been added to Outlot A <br />to afford the Northfork Homeowners vehicular access, if desired, to Outlot A, <br />Northfork Trail Addition without crossing the proposed trail. The east 15 feet of <br />these two original outlots plus additional property 60 feet in width lying generally <br />east of these two original outlots will form the new trail corridor and are labelled <br />"Park" on the revised plat. <br /> <br /> We would ask that we would have the chance to review these revisions with the <br />Planning Commission at its September meeting.
