Previously, dedication <br />of Outlots B,D,E providing segments of trail was shown. These are <br />now shown as "park". <br /> <br />The revisions also include a replat of Outlots A and B, Northfork <br />3rd Addition to provide a 60' wide ROW for access to the new Outlot <br />A for the Homeowner's Association. The 75' trail segment has been <br />shifted 60' to the east paralleling this right-of-way. <br /> <br />Either the plat itself or a separate instrument should be filed <br />with the plat which covenants the use as recreation and open space <br />since the area is being used to meet the PUD open space <br />requirements. <br /> <br />We recommend approval of the proposed plat. <br /> <br />If you have any questions in regard to the PUD, please let us know. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />HAKANSON ANDERSON ASSOCIATES, INC. <br /> <br />Peter R.
