LOWER RUM RIVER WMO <br />ALTERNATIVE PERMITTING PROCEDURE <br /> <br />I. Project sponsor submits the proposed project to the City <br /> <br />II. City determines review authority <br /> <br />LRRWMO reviews the following proposals <br />1. Municipal/government sponsored projects <br />2. Projects directly affecting Class A or Class B water resources <br />3. All industrial and commercial development of greater than <br /> acres <br />4. All projects requiring a variance from the WM0's standards <br /> <br />City reviews all other proposals including the following <br />1. Residential developments ..~ <br />2. Industrial and commercial development of less than ** acres <br /> <br />III. Coordination <br /> A. LRRWMO returns the proposals with any requirements to the City for <br /> administration <br /> B. City submits on a monthly basis a s,,mmary of all new permits issued <br /> to the LRRWMO <br /> C. City submits on a monthly basis a summary of ins~s¢~.~- <br /> <br />IV. Constructiou Observation - City visits the projects on a monthly basis <br /> to ensure compliance with construction erosion control regulatious <br /> <br />Final Review - Upon project completion City verifies that all water <br />quality structures and requirements have been incorporated in the <br />project. <br /> <br /> <br />
