PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />PIN #17-32-25-24-0001 <br />8404 161ST AVENUE N.W. <br /> October 30, 1990 <br /> <br />On ,1990, a conditional use permit was issued to Charles Delaney to maintain a <br />commercial dog kennel and more than one residential structure on one (1) lot of record legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />The Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and the Northeast Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code. This conditional <br />use permit is perpetual in its duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied withl <br />The conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />A total of four (4) residential structures (2 permanent dwelling units, 1 employee's <br />quarters and 1 summer cabin) and one (1) accessory structure (horse barn) shall be <br />permitted on the subject property. <br /> <br />Expansion to more than four (4) residential structures on the subject property shall <br />be prohibited unless the subject property is platted and subdivided in accordance <br />with City Code. <br /> <br />The addition of accessory structures for personal use shall be in accordance with <br />City Code and with regard for possible future subdivision of the property. <br /> <br />The commercial dog kennel operation is permitted at 3 kennel structures and 2 pole <br />barns at a maximum capacity of 200 dogs on the subject property. <br /> <br />Any proposed expansion of the kennel operation will require application for an <br />amended conditional use permit. <br /> <br />The City Administrator, or his designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises <br />for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable <br />request. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br /> <br />
