CASE <br /> <br /> REQUEST FOR SITE PLAN REVIEW; <br />CASE OF JIM CHAREST, EGAN OIL COMPANY <br />By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Jim Charest, representing Egan Oil Company, is requesting site plan review to construct a <br />4,000 square foot cold storage warehouse on Lot 3, Block 2, HY-10 Ramsey. The subject <br />property is zoned I-1 Industrial for which warehousing is a .permitted use. The warehouse is <br />proposed to be a concrete block structure used to store construcuon materials. <br /> <br />The following items are enclosed for your information: <br /> <br />a) <br />b) <br />c) <br /> <br />Site location map <br />Site Plan <br />City Engineer's Report dated October 31, 1990 <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />On October 16, 1990, the City of Ramsey received an application for site plan review from Jim <br />Charest of Egan Oil. The application is for a cold storage warehouse. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends approval of the site plan contingent upon compliance with Items #10 and <br />#11 of the City Engineer's Report dated October 31, 1990. Item #6 of the City Engineer's report <br />regarding relocation of access drive and loading doors would be an optional item for the applicant. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Recommend that City Council approve/deny Egan Oil's request for site plan approval of a <br />cold storage warehouse contingent upon compliance with the City Engineer's report dated <br />October 31, 1990. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />City Administrator Chief of Police <br />City Attorney Finance Officer <br />City Engineer X.
