Ed. ~56, into 2 parcels and the larger parcel on the north
side of Cry. Rd. ~5, bordering Coquina Street, into 4 parcels.

After some discussion, Chairman Peterson stated there is a 2-1/2 acre
minimum lot size in this area but there should be no problem with allowing
the split of the 4.3 acre parcel into 2 lots. Chairman Peterson suggested
that Mr. Karst review the proposed plan with the County; that the lots
created in the 4.3 acre parcel have a common access onto Cry. Rd. ~56; that
two of the lots on the north side of Cry. Rd. ~5 have a common access onto
Cry. Rd.'~5 and the two remaining parcels have access onto Coquina Street.
Chairman Peterson continued that if the County approved the sketch plan of
the plat, then Mr. Karst should proceed to the preliminary plat with all of
it's requirements.
Planning & Zoning/May 5, 1987
