CASE #2 <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR SITE PLAN REVIEW OF SUNFISH BUSINESS CENTER; <br />CASE OF WAYNE JOHNSON, NORTH LAKE PROPERTIES, INC. <br /> By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Wayne Johnson of North Lake Properties, Inc. is requesting site plan review to construct an <br />office/manufacturing facility on Lot 3, Block 1, Ramsey 67 Industrial Park 1st Addition. The <br />facility would be developed in two phases.
