CASE# REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR GRADING, MINING AND EXCAVATION; CASE OF GEOFFREY BRIDWELL By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik Background: Mr. Geoffrey Bridwell is requesting a conditional use permit to mine and exgavate 25,000 cubic yards of material from Lot 3, Block 1, Lutz Rams,y Acres. Mr. Bridwell is proposing to sell the material to Dresel Contracting for use as fill material needed in City of Ramsey Improvement Project #89-04, extension of 153rd Avenue N.W. Since the 153rd Avenue N.W. improvement project abuts Mr. Bridwell's property, there will be no need for trucks to use an), other City and County roads as haul routes in the excavation process. A public hearing by the Planning and Zoning commission was scheduled for December 4, 1990.
