Excess material would be used <br />to replace the muck that would be excavated in the construction of <br />153rd Avenue between the grading site and Nowthen Boulevard. <br /> <br />Section 170.017M of the City Code requires that the applicant <br />provide the following items: <br /> <br />A map showing existing site conditions. <br />A map showing proposed operations. <br />A map showing an end use plan. <br />A map of the designated haul roads. <br />A soil erosion and sediment control plan. <br />A plan for dust and erosion control. <br />A description ~f the phases of the operation including a <br />schedule for restoration. <br />A restoration plan requiring 6" of topsoil and showing type <br />of proposed vegetation. <br />Location of any wells on site. <br />Location of any proposed dewatering operations. <br />Any other information requested by the City staff, planning <br />commission or City Council. <br /> <br />222 Monroe Street <br />Anoka, Minnesota 55303 <br /> <br />612/427-5860 <br />Fax' 612/427-3401 <br /> <br /> <br />
