The motion for the adoption of the foregoing findings of fact was <br />made by Commissioner Deemer and was duly seconded by Commissioner <br />LaDue and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: Thorud. Dee~er. LaDue <br /> <br />and the following voted against 'abe same: Henderson <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said findings of fact were declared duly passed and <br />adopted by the Planning and Zoning Commission this the 20th day of <br />November, 1990. <br /> <br />CONCLUSION <br /> <br />On the basis of the foregoing Findings, the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission concludes that the proposed use does/does nct comply <br />with the requirements of the City Code sections 170.0!3D and <br />accordingly recommends approval/denial of the application for a <br />Conditional Use Permit by Aluminum Recycling, Inc. <br /> <br />The motion to recommend approval/dcnial of the application for a <br />Conditional Use Permit was made by Commissioner Deemer and was duly <br />seconded by CoMmissioner LaDue and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: Hendrickson, Thorud <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> <br />
