"Run-off" means any liquid that drains <br />over land from any part of a facility. <br /> <br /> Subp. 96. Run-on. "Run-on" means any liquid that drains <br />over land onto any part of a facility. <br /> <br /> Subp. 97. Septage. "Septage" has the meaning given it in <br />part 7080.0020, subpart 31. <br /> <br /> Subp. 98. Sewage sludge. "Sewage sludge" has the meaning <br />given it in Minnesoua Statutes, section I15A.03, subdivision 29. <br /> <br /> Subp. 99. Sludge. "Sludge" has the meaning given it in <br />M:nnesota Statutes, section 116.06, subdivision 9i. <br /> <br /> Subp. 100. Solid waste. "Solid waste" means garbage, <br />refuse, sludge from a water supply treatment plant or air <br />contaminant treatment facility, and other discarded waste <br />materials and sludges, in solid, semi-solid, liquid, or <br />contained gaseous form, resulting from industrial, commercial, <br />mining and agricultural operations, and from community <br />activities, but does not include hazardous waste; animal waste <br />used as fertilizer; earthen fill, boulders, rock; sewage sludge <br />solid or dissolved material in domestic sewage or other common <br />pollutants in water resources, such as silt, dissolved or <br />suspended solids in industrial waste water effluents or <br />discharges which are point sources subject to permits under <br />section 402 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as <br />amended, dissolved materials in irrigation return flows; or <br />source, special nuclear, or by-product material as defined by <br />The Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended. <br /> <br />~ ~uDp. ~1. Solid waste collection. "Solid waste <br />collection" means the gathering of solid waste from public or <br />private places. <br /> <br /> Subp. 102. Solid waste land disposal facility. "Solid <br />waste land disposal facility" means a facility used to dispose <br /> <br />means the holding of solid waste for more than 48 hours in <br />quantities equal to or greater than ten cubic yards. <br /> <br /> SuDp. 105. Solid waste transportation. "Solid waste <br />transportation" means the conveying of solid waste from one <br />place to another, by means of vehicle, rail car, water vessel, <br />conveyor, or other means. <br /> <br /> Subp. 106. Stabilization test. "Stabilization test" <br />refers :o a series of physical or chemical measurements taken <br />during the pumping of a monitoring well at single well-volume <br />intervals to determine the point at which stagnant water within <br />the monitoring well has been removed. <br /> <br /> Subp. i07. State. "State" means the state of Minnesota. <br /> <br /> Subp. 108. Sum of the current cost estimates. "Sum cf the <br />current cost estimates" means the sum of the current cost <br />estimates for closure, postciesure care, and corrective actions. <br /> <br /> Subp. 10~.
