It is the intent and effect'of:Ordi= nance #1 3-01 to amend. Ramsey, Minnesota City Code Chapter 11'7, Article II, Division 6 to: ' * Incorporate water•quality and volume control standards Into the storrnwater pollution•control regula- tions. * Remove vegetated buffer pro- tection standards thatare no longer applicable. • * Add Subdivision 111, which shall regulate illicit discharges;to Ramsey's Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Sys; tem.
