PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday~ November <br />15, 1988 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N,W. : Ramsey~ <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br />Councilmen~ber Steve Dr~Luca <br />Councitmember David Bawden <br />Councilmember A1 Pearson <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Aa ting Zoning Administrator Merland Otto <br />Community Development Director Mark Banwart <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the regular City Council meeting to order at 7:34 p.m. <br />and led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />David Henneck - 3649 i55th Avenue, Coon Rapids ~ Requested that City <br />Council restriction placed on his building permit for a home in Oakwood <br />Hills. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goc~rich explained that one of the plat requirements is that <br />streets be brought up to Class 5 standards before building permits will be <br />issued in a subdivision; not all streets in Oakwood Hills have Class 5. <br />Three or four building permits were issued in Oakwood Hills by error. Only <br />Council should have the authority to waive the stop work order on the <br />homes. <br /> <br />Council consensus was to add Mr. Henneck's case to the agenda. <br /> <br />Joe Kerkiede - 6310 163rd Lane - Stated that the City is planning to <br />develop a drainage easement on his property and he wants the project <br />delayed because it could create a safety hazard; requested permission to <br />meet with the City Engineer and Public Works Superintendent° <br /> <br />Council approved the City Engineer and Public Works Superitendent meeting <br />with Mr. Kerkiede regarding drainage problems. <br /> <br />~3PROV~ OF AGENDA <br /> <br />City Council/November 15, <br /> <br />Page 4 of 15 <br /> <br /> <br />
