Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Coun¢ilmembers Sorteberg, <br />Pearson and Bawden. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember DeLucao <br /> <br />Case f-~3: Request For O~-Sa!e Liquor License~ Case Of On The Green <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that Chief Auspos has completed the required <br />investigation related to Mr. Dorn and Mr. Anderson's (RRM Enterprises, <br />Inc.) request for an on-sale liquor license. In that evaluation, the <br />related City ordinance was also reviewed and it was observed that this <br />application and existing liquor licenses cannot and do not meet the minimum <br />square footage requirements. Mr. Hartley recommended that City Council <br />consider amending the ordinance to more accurately reflect what is being <br />practiced in Ramsey. <br /> <br />b~o~ion by Councitmember Bawden and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to <br />schedule a public hearing for January 10~ i988 at 7:30 p.m. to consider <br />Er~terprises, Inc.'s request for an on-sale liquor license for On The Green <br />Re s taur an t · <br /> <br />Motion carried.
