Motion by Commissioner Shumway and seconded by Commissioner Hetland to request that City <br />Council take no action on the Gobernatz Addition until it goes through proper channels, such as <br />Planning and Zoning Commission and Park and Recreation Commission. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Commissioners Hetland, Johnson, Lokker, Shumway, Prall and <br />Rustad. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairman Lichter. <br /> <br />Parks and Recreation Commission recessed at 9:15 p.m. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hetland call the meeting back to order at 9:30 p.m. <br /> <br />COMMISSION INPUT <br /> <br />Merland Otto told the Commission that when a developer brings in a sketch plan he does not have <br />to bring a topographical map of that plat. I recommend that the Commission make it a <br />requirement that the developer brings in the topographical map along with the sketch plan, <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Prall and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to recommend that an <br />amendment to the ordinance be made to include the topographical map along with the sketch plan <br />when it is submitted to the Parks and Recreation Commission. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Commissioners Hetland, Johnson, Lokker, Shumway, Prail and <br />Rustad. Voting No: None.
