CASE #3: <br /> <br />REQUEST TO REZONE LOTS 1-6, BLOCK 2, RIVER¥IEW <br /> FROM B-1 BUSINESS TO R-1U RESIDENTIAL; <br /> CASE OF MR. RALPH ELOFSON <br /> By: Planning Assistant Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />ESTATES, <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Ralph Elofson is requesting approval to rezones Lots 1-6, Block 2, Riverview Estates, from B- <br />I Business to R-1U Residential. The subject properties are located south of the Front Street <br />extension and west of the Sunfish Lake Blvd. extension. The properties south of Front Street to <br />the east are zoned R-1U Residential.
