NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on <br />Tuesday, February 7, 1989 at "/:30 p.m.at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider Mr. Ralph Elofson's request to rezone properly from B-1 Business <br />to R-1U Urban Residential. The property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lots 1,2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, Block 2, Rive/view Estates, Ano -ka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />All interested persons are invited to auend the hearing and comment on the request for rezoning. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission, <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303.
