Erickson, Building Official <br /> <br />RE: Fence and Horses at 17450 Baugh Street N.W. <br /> P.I.N. 06-32-25-34-0005 <br /> 06-32-25-34-0001 <br /> <br />On 12-13-88 I inspected the above referred property and in my opinion it <br />appears the fence on the west lot is a new, 3 strand, wire fence about 4' in height. <br />The fence on 1he east lot also appears to be sufficient lo keep horses on the lot. <br /> <br />The structure of the barn/stable appears to be in good condition. <br /> <br />I personally do nol have experience with horses and do not feel qualified in <br />stating the size of lot or area required for horses. <br /> <br />May I suggesl that the Commission seek information from a qualified expert, <br />(e.g.: Horsemans Association.) <br /> <br />Attached 110.072 Acreage requirements <br /> 110.051 Barns and stables <br /> <br /> <br />
