Banwart, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Jori Hanson is proposing to construct an indoor archeD, and bait store to be located on Lot 2, <br />Block 1 in Riverside West Addition. Although located on State Highway 10, road access would <br />be provided on 138th Avenue Northwest. The structure would have the dimensions of 60'x 120' <br />and be constructed of architectural "A" panels and cedar lap siding and battens. The business <br />would employ approximately 4 employees. The structure would be located in an urban sen,ice <br />area (sewer and water) and is in the B-1 Business District zoned.
