Ramsey Final Report <br />Grant No. 05 -1237 <br />City of Ramsey <br />RECOMMENDATIONS TO COUNCIL FOR CHANGES IN RAMSEY NOT COVERED BY <br />THE GRANT CHARGE <br />a) Any changes to the comprehensive plan shall require a 2/3 majority of Council. <br />b) Focus on Highway 10 redevelopment and Northstar for east -west travel, redesign Highway 47 <br />for north -south travel, and construct additional trails and sidewalks for walkability and <br />connectivity. <br />c) Ramsey absolutely needs a Chamber of Commerce to find and develop diverse businesses. <br />
