Environmental Policy Board (EPB) 5. 1. <br />Meeting Date: 04/01/2013 <br />By: Chris Anderson, Community <br />Development <br />Title: <br />Appointment of Chairperson and Vice Chairperson <br />Background: <br />Each year, the Board must appoint a Chairperson and Vice Chairperson whose role(s) would be to run the monthly <br />meetings and act as spokesperson for the Board as needed. Historically, this had been done during the first meeting <br />of each year; however, when the board /commission terms shifted to April through March, the appointment process <br />was shifted to occur in April. The last time appointments were nominated, the Board chose to coincide the <br />appointments with their work plan, which now runs July through June.
