Consensus was that the regular meetings for July are to be cancelled. Mr. Max volunteered to <br />have a potluck picnic at his home for EPTF members, liaisons, and City Staff on Saturday, July <br />12. <br /> <br />Consensus was that there will be one regular meeting for the month of August, on Monday the <br />4th. <br /> <br />Case #6" Wetlands <br /> <br />Mr. Max stated that the City Council gave a paving company permission to park their trucks and <br />equipment on the Ramsey Shooting Center property. Mr. Max continued to explain that he <br />received a complaint that the trucks and equipment are being serviced on the property, which is <br />polluting the nearby wetlands. <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik was directed to investigate the complaint. <br /> <br />ACTION ITEMS <br /> <br />· Ms. Frolik to forward the Task Force recommendation that City Council change the <br /> Planning Commission's appointment to the EPTF from a voting status to a liaison status <br /> <br />· Ms. Frolik to make modifications to the draft tree preservation ordinance as discussed <br /> this evening. <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik to email Chris Anderson's memo to all Task Force members regarding the <br />impact of the tree ordinance on existing ordinances. Staff will have to follow up to make <br />the necessary amendments to City Code. <br /> <br />· Ms. Frolik was directed to investigate the complaint of commercial trucks and equipment <br /> being serviced on the Shooting Center Property (potential wetland pollution). <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Committee Member Connolly and seconded by Committee Member Max to adjourn <br />the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson McDilda, Committee Members Max, Dvorak, Sitz <br />and Connolly. Voting No: None.
