ORDINANCE # 03~42 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO SECTION 2.03, BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS An ordinance to amend Chapter 2.03 of the City Code, titled "Boards and Commissions" SECTION 1. Summary This new ordinance authorizes the · City Council to remove a board or com- mission member from his or her seat on a board or commission after three absences from regularly scheduled meet- ings in a six (6) month period. SECTION 2. Effective Date This ordinance becomes 6ffective upon its passage and (30) days after its · publication according to law.
