ORDINANCE #03-43 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY AND UTILITY PURPOSES IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. SECTION 2. VACATION The following described dedicated roadway and utility easements is hereby vacated, to-wit: A permanent easement for road- way and utility purposes over the west 60.00 feet lying north of the south 43.00 feet and southerly of the southerly right-of-vyay line of County State Aid Highway No. 116 of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, Range 2.5, Anoka County, Minnesota. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective · thirty (30) days after its publication sub- ject to the City Charter Section .5.07.
