February 6, 1989

REC£ ¥ED

To Whom It May Concern:

Regarding the permission Mr. Berg is recuesting from lando~nems
on Gibbon Street NW in Ramsey to build houses adjoining their
property.

Even though our land does not adjoin the property he is requesting
to develop, we are against it for the following reasons:

We homeo~mems on Gibbon Street NW originally
purchased and built in this area for the privacy
and openness it presented.

We spent a large amount of money on upgrading
and the upkeep on Gibbon Street by asphalting
and recently resurfacing it. If Mr. Berg were allowed
to develop this land theme wonld be a large amount
of added traffic on Gibbon Street. The construction
equipment and construction workers wonld add much
more traffic and deteroriation.tothe road we paid
for. Who would be responsible for the added upkeep ,
of this road?

Safety is a major concern for'our children and homes.
The more traffic and population, the greater the
risk for accidents and crime.

Mr. and Mrs. Frank J.
