Case #2: <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br /> REQUEST FOR SITE PLAN REVIEW: <br /> CASE OF CLAYTON BERG <br />Mark S. Banwart, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Clayton Berg is requesting site plan review for a two story office building addition abutting an <br />existing building (car wash). The new structure is proposed to be 29' x 70' and have two stories. <br />The structure would be of materials similar to the abutting car wash. The building would be <br />located on a portion of Lot 3, Block 1 of River's Bend Plaza Addition and Lot 1, Block 1 of <br />River's Bend Plaza 3rd Addition. Use of zero lot line setbacks is proposed and can be approved <br />since this is located in a Planned Unit Development (P.U.D.).
