CASE #8: <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR PRET.IMINARY PLAT APPROVAL OF OAK RUN ADDITION <br /> By:. M~rk S. Banwart, Comm,,nlty Development Director <br /> <br />On November 29, 1988, the City of Ramsey received a sketch plan from Gerald <br />Bauer for Oak Run Addition. On December 9, 1988, the City received the <br />application and escrow amount. The proposed addition is located in the <br />Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 20, which is East of <br />Nowthen Boulevard and North of and including Coquina Street Northwest. The <br />proposed plat includes twelve (12) lots; 10 of which are 2.5 acres in size and two (2) <br />which are 2.1 acres in size. On December 6, 1988, the Ramsey Planning and <br />Zoning Commission a motion was made and carried to recommend proceeding to <br />preliminary plat (with the two substandard lots). On December 8, 1988, the Park <br />and Recreation Commission moved to accept ten percent (10%) of fair market <br />value as park dedication.
