PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, February <br />7, 1989 at the Ramsey ix4unicipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota <br />regarding Mr. Ralph Elofson's request to rezone Lots 1-6, Block 2, Riverview Estates, from B-1 <br />Business to R-1 Urban Residential. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />ix~. JT <br /> <br />Mr. Randy Elofson was present representing Ralph Elofson. <br /> <br />There was no citizen input. <br /> <br />ADJOI IRNMENrI' <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendr/ksen and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to adjourn the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, LaDue, Holm, <br />Shumway and Terry. Voting No: None.
