Banwart noted that the plat has been reviewed by the Park and Re~eation Comn'fission <br />and they are recommending acquiring a 75 foot wide strip along the southern border of the <br />property for the n:tulti use trail system, a one acre parcel to be used as a parking area for <br />trail users and cash to satisfy park dedication requirements.
