i1) That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous to persons residing <br /> in the area. <br /> <br />12) That the proposed use will not unreasonably impair the use and <br /> enjoyment of surrounding properties. <br /> <br />]4) That the proposed use will be appropriate in appearance with the <br /> intended character of the area. <br /> <br />15) That the proposed use will not be disturbing to existing or future <br /> neighboring uses. <br /> <br />16) Thmt the proposed use will not create excessive additional requirements <br /> at public cost for public facilities. <br /> <br />17) That Ms. Kathy Hellerstedt of 17511 Driscoll Street N.W. has indicated <br /> that in the 14 years she has lived in the area, there have always been <br /> a maximum of two horses maintained on the subject property. <br /> <br />18) That the Applicant has stated that at the time the purchase of her home <br /> closed, the number of horses on the property increased to 6 and is <br /> currently at 5. <br /> <br />19) That letters of opposition received from Tom and Sandee Knudson of <br /> 17400 Baugh Street N.W., Mark Welter of 17410 Baugh Street N.W. and <br /> Dennis and Dianne Berquist of 17500 Baugh Street N.W. and the petition <br /> signed by 41 persons stating no objection to the request are hereby <br /> incorporated as a part of these findings by reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
