NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Planning and Zoning <br />Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 4, 1988 at 7:30 <br />p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider Mr. Lazarres W. Gilles' <br />request for a conditional use permit to maintain a second principal <br />structure on the property at 8201 163rd Avenue N.W. This property is <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 9, Block 4, Oakridge Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> Ail interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment <br />on the conditional use permit request. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey <br />Planning and Zoning Commission, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota 55303.
