The proposed addition is <br />located in part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota and can be generally described as being located on the <br />South side of 149th Lane Northwest, East of Highway 47. The proposed plat can be <br />generally described as a minor subdivision consisting of one (1) block with two (2) <br />lots and one (1) outlot. Staff is inquiring with the U.S. Corps of Engineers on <br />this matter.
