PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a special meeting on Monday, <br />March 13, 1989 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br />Mr, Michael Terry <br />Mr. Roy Shumway <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Community Development Director Mark Banwarr <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Mr. Merland Otto/Hakanson Anderson Associates <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br />Mr. Jim Holm <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the special Planning and Zoning meeting to order at 7:37 p.m. <br />The purpose of the meeting was to continue business from the March 7, 1989 agenda. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Consensus was to approve the agenda as submitted. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #5: <br /> <br />Request For A Conditional Use Permit To Operate A Waste <br />Tire Processing/Manufacturing Facility On Industrially Zoned <br />Property; Case Of Waste Management Of Minnesota, Inc.: <br /> <br />>,ir. Goodrich read a letter received from Ralph and Jan Reiter dated March 2, 1989. The <br />Commission directed City Staff to respond to the Reiters. <br /> <br />>,'Ir.
