Mr. Banwart reported that Metro Council has requested that the Enviromental <br />Quality Board extend the response time to the environmental assessment worksheet <br />to facilitate their 90 day review period for the proposed MUSA expansion. <br /> <br />d) City's liability relating to a fishing pier in River's Bend Park South <br /> <br />Mr. Otto reported that Finance Officer Ashley has been in contact with Mike <br />Hadtrath, Ramsey's insurance agent of record, and he indicates that the cost for <br />liability insurance relating to a fishing pier in River's Bend South Park would be <br />minimal ($50/year or less). <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember Cich to adjourn the <br />regular City Council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson.
