NOTE CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES The Commission noted the following City Council meeting minutes: I ) City Council public hearing and regular meeting minutes dated February 14, 1989. 2) Joint City Council, Planning and Zoning, and Park and Recreation special meeting minutes dated February 22, 1989. NOTE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES The Commission noted the following Planning and Zoning Commission meeting minutes: 1) Planning and Zoning Commission public hearing and regular meeting minutes dated February 14, 1989. COMMISSION BUSINESS Case #1 .Review of Com_Dreheq~jye Park Dedication Agreement for the ENTIRE North Fork P.U.D. Merland Otto told the Commission that, at the special joint meeting, it was decided to set up a special committee with members of the Park and Recreation Commission, Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council to come up with an agreement for the er~tire North Fork addition. The Commission noted that the North Fork park dedication was reviewed on March 2 by the City Council, Planning and Zoning Commission, Park and Recreation Commission, and the Economic Development Commission. Case ~;2 Review Sketch Plan for North Fork 3rd Addition, Motion by Commissioner Shumway and seconded by Commissioner Hetland to approve the sketch plan for North Fork 3rd Addition and to have the Commission withhold the park dedication pending the review of the special committee. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Commissioners Hetland, Lokker, Shumway, and Johnson. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairman Lichter and Commissioners Prall and Rustad. Case ,,f¢3, Review Sketch Plan for North Fork 4th Addition, Dennis Peck told the Commission that North Fork 4th Addition was a simple 1 lot division. Motion by Commissioner Shumway and seconded by Commissioner Johnson to accept North Fork 4th Addition as it stands with the cash amount for park dedication subject to the Park Land Dedication Agreement.
