Hakanson <br />Anderson <br />Assoc.,Inc. <br /> <br />Engineers, Surveyors & <br />Landscape Architects <br /> <br />March 24, 1989 <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br />Planning & Zoning Commission <br />City of Ramsey <br />15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W. <br />Ramsey, MN 55303 <br /> <br />Re: Sketch plan for Ramsey Meadows <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Zimmerman: <br /> <br />As requested, we have revieWed the sketch plan for Ramsey Meadows <br />and offer the following comments: <br /> <br />1) Ramsey Meadows is a proposed plat consisting of 2 single <br /> family lots. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />The following information was not submitted as required by <br />City Code: <br /> <br />a) <br />b) <br /> <br />c) <br /> <br />d) <br /> <br />Date and total approximate acreage; <br />Existing zoning classification for each tract of land <br />in and abutting the property included in the proposed <br />subdivision; <br />Proposed land use, including approximate density of <br />dwelling units for residential uses; <br />Areas intended to be dedicated or reserved for public <br />use, including the approximate size of such area; <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />Based on'the Anoka County Soil Survey, the soils consist of <br />Marsh, Isan Sandy Loam, and Nymore Loamy Sand. City Code <br />requires 50% of Class I soils on each lot. Nymore Loamy sand <br />is listed as a Class I soil, however, it appears only one- <br />third of Lot 1 contains any Nymore Loamy Sand.
