All of the lots meet the City's minimum <br />width and area requirements of 200 feet and 2.5 acres, <br />respectively. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />The following information was not provided as required by City <br />Code: <br /> <br />Existing zoning classification <br />Total acreage <br />Locations of utility easements. <br />Square footage of lots and lot dimensions scaled to the <br />nearest tenth of a foot. <br />Soils data including classification of all soils and logs <br />of borings sufficient in number to establish the <br />elevation of the water table throughout the plat. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />According to the Anoka County Soil Survey, soils in the area <br />consist of Hubbard sand, Nymore loamy sand and marsh. Marsh <br />is unsuitable for on-site wastewater disposal systems. <br />Consequently, Lots 3-6, block 1, may not meet the Class I soil <br />requirements of the city Code. Also, based on the high ground <br />water elevations on Lots 4 and 5, Block 2, building may be <br />limited to the back part of the lots. Soil borings suitable <br />in number to determine the water table throughout the plat and <br />soil classifications are reTaired by City code to determine <br />if the soil is suitable for on-site waste disposal systems. <br />Two borings were provided with the preliminary plat.
