CASE #9: <br /> <br />FREY'S AUTO AND TRUCK REPAII~ CASE OF GEORGE J. PREY <br /> By: Mark S. Banwart, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Backgro;md: <br /> <br />George J. Prey is proposing to construct an auto and truck repair garage to be <br />located at 7029 Highway #10 Northwest. The legal description for the property is: <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block 1, KOVAR ADDITION. <br /> <br />The proposed structure would measure approximately 66' x 40' feet in size and <br />would consist of the lower 42" of the front facade would be of a simulated brick; the <br />remaining portion of the structure would be of steel construction. The proposed <br />structure would be located in a non-sewered B-1 Business District. For your <br />information, attached are the following items: <br /> <br />Site location map <br />Proposed site plan <br />City Engineer's review (March 22, 1989) <br /> <br />Observationg <br /> <br />The City Engineer's review lists a number of items which should be addressed. <br />Secondly, the building does not meet the 50% other than metal exterior <br />requirement. <br /> <br />Recommendations: <br /> <br />Staff recommends approval of the George J. Prey site plan providing that items <br />listed in the City Engineer's review are addressed and that the exterior meets <br />standards as stated in the City Code. <br /> <br />Commi-csion Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend approval/denial of George J.
