CASE #10: REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL' USE PERMIT TO MAINTAIN MORE THAN 3 VEHICLES FOR A HOME FIREWOOD SALES BUSINESS; CASE OF MR. ARNOLD KLAR By: Planning Assistant Sylvia Frolik Background: Mr. Arnold Klar is requesting a conditional use permit to maintain four two-ton twin axle trucks, one 1-ton pick-up truck, three wood and equipment trailers, one bobcat and one catcrawler with backhoe on his property at 16020 Potassium Street N.W. Mr. Klar cannot provide for the indoor storage of his vehicles and equipment. However, he does stack the firewood in a 'U' shape fashion and all vehicles are parked on the interior of the The City of Ramsey granted Mr. Klar a conditional use permit in 1984 to operate a firewood sales business at his home.
