ARNOLD KLAR <br />OF COMMERCIAL VEHICLES STORED ON PROPERTY <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Ii. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />That Mr. Arnold Klar, hereinafter2mfeqTed to as "Applicant", has properly applied for a <br /> his property to <br />conditional use permit to maintai te~x~ieces of equipment on relating his <br />firewood sales business. <br /> <br />That the Applicant appeared before the Planning and Zoning Commission for a public <br />hearing on April 4, 1989 pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code and that <br />said public hearing was properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are <br />hereby incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />That the subject property is generally kown as 16020 Potassium Street N.W. and is legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 9, Block 4, Hall Anderson Acres, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />That the subject property is located in the R-1 Rural Residential District and is <br />approximately one acre in size. <br /> <br />That the adjoining properties are zoned R-1 Rural Residential. <br /> <br />That the City of Ramsey issued a conditional use permit to the Applicant in 1984 for the <br />purpose of conducting a firewood sales business from the subject property. <br /> <br />That the co~~l use permit for the firewood sales business issued in 1984 limits the <br />number of comrn~,~.i~ vehicles on the property to 3 trucks~',,~ ~ %~'°"~. <br />That the Applicant is proposing to maintain the foll~w, ing vehicles and equipment on the <br />property relating to the firewood sales business: a);7~/two-ton twin axle trucks; b);>-~ one- <br />ton pick-up; c) 3 wood & equipment trailers; d) 1 bobcat; e) 1 cat crawler with backhoe. <br /> <br />That the proposed increase in number of vehicles maintained on the property will not <br />increase traffic to or from the subject property as the Applicant remains to be the sole <br />employee of the firewood sales business. <br /> <br />That there are no provisions for indoor storage of the business vehicles and equipment. <br /> <br />That the fh-ewood on the subject property is stacked in a T/' formation and the business <br />equipment and vehicles are stored in the interior of that Tl' formation. <br />That the proposed increase in number of business vehicles ~dll/~e unduly <br />dangerous or detrimental to persons residing or working in the area. <br />That the proposed increase in number of business vehicles will/~stantially impair <br />the use of surrounding properties. <br /> <br />That the proposed increase in number of business vehicl _e~~ll not be h~"monious ~5.th <br />the specific objectives of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />That the business vehicles are proposed to be maintained so as to be appropriate in <br />appearance with the character of the gene~ml neighborhcxxL <br /> <br /> <br />
