The use of such trails shall be limited to those uses generally permitted on multi- <br />use trails in the City from time to time but specifically excluding motorized <br />vehicular uses. <br /> <br />Fee title to the permanent easement described above shall be dedicated to the City <br />upon the platting of those portions of Outlots B or C, Northfork which are abutting <br />the said described easement. <br /> <br /> 15. The City shall not allow the storage or parking of horse trailers or the unloading <br />or loading of horses on any of the properties encumbered by the terms of the Agreement or <br />the ADDENDUM or adjacent thereto unless otherwise mutually agreed by the parties. <br /> <br /> 16o Provided the Developer causes an open to the public golf course to be constructed <br />in the Northfork PUD and provided the Developer conveys to the Northfork Homeowners <br />Association those portions of Outlot C, Northfork, not otherwise conveyed to individual <br />lot owners or the City, no cash park dedication shall be required under the terms of <br />Paragraph 5 of the Agreement. As security for the performance of the above the City <br />shall require the escrow of $250°00 for each lot covered by Paragraph 5 of the Agreement <br />and proof that $250.00 has been paid to the Northfork Homeowners pursuant to the <br />Homeowners agreement with Developer. Monies escrowed with the City shall be placed in an <br />interest bearing account and returned to Developer upon Developer's completion of its <br />obligations under the terms of this paragraph° <br /> <br /> 17~ On or before the final platting of no more than 125 lots, Developer and the City <br />shall determine the location of the neighborhood parks indicated in Paragraph 5a of the <br />Agreement. It is understood that such parks may be located in areas other than as indicated <br />in the Agreement and that such two acres could be consoldicated into one park. <br /> <br />18. <br /> <br />All other terms and conditions of the Agreement not in conflict with the terms <br /> <br /> lOC, <br /> <br /> <br />
