CASE #12: <br /> <br />REVIEW RESIDENTIAL HOUSING STANDARDS <br /> By: Bill Goodrlch~ City Attorney <br /> and Glyn Huff, Building Official <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />This ordinance was introduced at the March 28, 1989 meeting of the Ramsey City <br />Council. We would like to review it with you at this time and answer whatever <br />questions you may have regarding the same. This ordinance is intended to give <br />the Building Department the authority necessary to address certain substandard <br />and uninhabitable residential housing conditions within the City. At the time of <br />the ordinance introduction, the Council requested further information pertaining <br />to the criteria for the City Building Official to enter a dwelling for inspection.
