Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Terry to amend Item #7 of <br />the proposed findings of fact to refer to the vehicles as 'deliver3' trucks' rather than 'commercial' <br />vehicles'. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Holm, Terry, Hendriksen <br />and LaDue. Voting No: None. Absent: Conmfissioner Shumway. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Holm to add the following <br />to the proposed findings of fact: <br /> <br />20. <br /> <br />That the existing conditional use permit does not address firewood sales business <br />support equipment such as trailers, bobcat and bac ~khoe. <br /> <br />2I. <br /> <br />That the Applicant has stated that the support equipment has been in use on the <br />property since 1982-83. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Cornmissioner Shumway. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to delete the <br />language proposed in Item #8 and replace it with language indicating that the Applicant is <br />proposing to add one delivery truck to the terms of the existing conditional use permit. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Commissioner Shumway. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to make the <br />following adjustments to the proposed findings of fact: <br /> <br />Item #13 should indicate that the increase in vehicles will not be unduly dangerous. ' <br /> <br />hem #14 should indicate that the increase in vehicles will not substantailly impair the use of <br />surrounding properties. ' <br /> <br />Item #15 should indicate that the increase in vehicles will be harmonious with the objectives <br />of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Item #17 should indicate that the increase in vehicles will not be hazardous to neighboring <br />uses. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
