PUBLIC ItEARINGS <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann adjourned the regular meeting at 7:10 p.m. in order to conduct the <br />following public hearings: <br /> <br />Sealcoating Improvement Project #89-6 for Rodeo Hills Estates <br />Sealcoating Improvement Project #89-7 for Beaudry's Second Addition <br />Street Improvement Project #89-2 for 156th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the regular meeting back to order at 7:56 p.m. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Mr. Jerry Hamlet was present representing the Ramsey Lions and noted that the <br />organization is applying for a Class A Charitable Gambling License which includes a <br />variety of gaming; the Lions are only proposing utilize pull tabs at this time. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember Cich to approve the <br />following items contained in the Consent Agenda: <br /> <br />1.
